Berry Bramble

The Berry Bramble is a fruity, but not to sweet version of the Bramble. It's mixed with a delicoius Blackberry Puree, Blackberry Spirit and a touch of Raspberry

ingredients

  • 40 ml
    willi peter brombeergeist (Fruit Brandy)
  • 10 ml
    willi peter himbeergeist (Fruit Brandy)
  • 10 ml
    simple syrup (1:1) homemade (sugar syrup)
  • 30 ml
    lemon juice fresh (lemon juice)
  • 20 ml
    Blackberry Puree Ponthier (blackberry puree)
how to mix:
Add all ingredients into the glassware, add some crushed ice and stir well. Add some more crushed ice and garnish.
garnish:
3x blackberry
1x lime wheel
Place it on the ice.
Ice cold red liquid served in a rocks glass garnished with a lime wheel and a blackberry.

detailed mixing instructions

Prepare your bottle setup. Prepare your Mise en Place. Chill the serving glass with either crushed ice or ice cubes. Or place it in a fridge or freezer. Prepare your garnish. Take the chilled glass out of the fridge/freezer. If you used ice to chill the serving glass, remove everything from the glass. Add all ingredients into the serving glass. Stir well until the fruit puree is well mixed with the other ingredients. Add crushed ice up to 3/4 full into the serving glass. Stir for about 5 seconds. Fill up the glass with crushed ice. Add a short straw. Add your garnish. Clean up your working station.
