The Maracujasplit just reminds me of the good old days as a child. During summer, there was always a high demand for ice cream. And one of the best combinations was vanilla, passionfruit, and cream. To make this drink not too heavy, we are using milk. The freshness comes from the passion fruit juice and the awesome texture and aroma from the strawberry puree. Some vanilla and herbal liqueur are the base of this childhood dream.
