editor recipe notes

Back in the good old days, some years ago, my colleague Christin Winter created this beautiful rich flavored cocktail. The foam comes from a high-quality vegan cocktail foamer. Through both, you get a well-textured mouth feel and a long aftertaste. One key point was that it was mixed with organic fruit tea.
