- 40 mlkyles club gin 23 (Gin)
- 10 mlGiffard Vanille de Madagascar (Liqueurs)
- 30 mllemon juice fresh (lemon juice)
- 20 mlsimple syrup (1:1) homemade (sugar syrup)
- 40 mlSamova Maybe Baby Bio - Früchtetee (red fruit tea)
- 15 dropsms better’s magic foamer (Cocktail Bitters)
how to mix:
- Pour all ingredients into the shaker.
- Dry shake for about 20 seconds.
- Add ice cubes.
- Shake until chilled and strain into a serving glass filled with ice.

Back in the good old days, some years ago, my colleague Christin Winter created this beautiful rich flavored cocktail.
The foam comes from a high-quality vegan cocktail foamer. Through both, you get a well-textured mouth feel and a long aftertaste.
One key point was that it was mixed with organic fruit tea.
