editor recipe notes

Almost everybody likes to Drink Gin & Tonic. But for some years, there has been a movement to lower alcoholic beverages. It’s good that customers and consumers decide to drink lesser alcohol and still go to restaurants and bars.

The Porto Splash is a Low-Abv version. It has floral notes and only halves of the alcohol content as a regular Gin&Tonic if you pour 40ml. But because there is a lower alcohol volume inside the White Port, we decided to use 60ml.

However, it is a beautiful summer version, light, crisp and refreshing.
