Espresso Martini

This Espresso Martini is made with freshly brewed espresso, and because of the bean type and the special water at HYGGE, it gives the espresso a really tasty, strong, slightly bitter note.

  6. Strain into the prepared Coupe.

    mixing tips

  1. Chilling Ingredients: Always good to work with chilled ingredients, especially if you use a hot liquid for shaking. Because now you have a little more control about the dilution.

  2. Prepping Ingredients: You could also use cold espresso. But this will give you a less foamy texture and will not give a beautiful foam after straining it.

garnish instruction

Place the beans on top of the foam of the drink.
