ingredients
- 1 oz. (30 ml) Appleton 12yr Rare Blend Jamaican Rum
- 1 oz. (30 ml) La Favorite Ambre Rhum Agricole Ambre
- 1/2 oz. (15 ml) Kōloa Kaua’i Dark Rum
- 1/2 oz. (15 ml) Pierre Ferrand Dry Curaçao
- 1 oz. (30 ml) fresh lime juice
- 1/2 oz. (15 ml) homemade orgeat syrup
instructions
- Add all ingredients into the shaker
- add a little scrushed ice to shaker (it will chill and dilute qucikyl)
- pour everything into the glassware, including the used crushed ice
- top up with crushed ice
- add an half ounze of dark rum
- garnish your drink
