ingredients
1.5 oz. (45 ml) The Botanist Islay Dry Gin
3/4 oz. (22.5 ml) fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz. (15 ml) semi-rich simple syrup (1.5:1 sugar:water)
1/2 oz. (15 ml) Combier Crème de Mûre (float)
instructions
- Add all ingredients except the Crème de Mûre into the shaker
- shake well
- strain into a tumbler filled with crushed ice
- float the Crème de Mûre
- and more crushed ice
- add you garnish
