- 30ml Rutte Celery Gin
- 15ml Nonino Prunella Mandorlato
- 22,5ml Giffard Poir Willam's Liquor
- 15ml Lemongrass Syrup
- 22,5ml Lime
- 3dash Plum Bitters
- 15ml Eqq White
- 1 spray Plum Distillate
instructions
- Chill the serving glass
- Add all ingredients into the shaker
- Shake well
- Doublestrain into the chilled glassware
- Add Garnish

garnish
Dried Pear Slice, and flower peteals on the top.
Flame a candy stick, and let the sugar drop on the drink.
