  • how to mix

    First, add your cold ingredients to the shaker, then brew the espresso. Pour it into the shaker, add plenty of ice cubes, and shake vigorously for 10-20 seconds. Strain it into the chilled glassware.

    Garnish Instructions:

    Place the beans on top of the foam of the drink.

    1. Prepare your glassware (chill it).

    2. Brew the espresso.

    3. Add all ingredients into the shaker.

    4. Add a lot of ice cubes inside but be carefull not to spill the liquid out.

    5. Shake well for 10-20 seconds.

    6. Strain into the prepared Coupe.

    1. Prepping Ingredients: Always good to work with chilled ingredients, especially if you use a hot liquid for shaking. Because now you have a little more control about the dilution.

    2. Prepping Ingredients: You could also use cold espresso. But this will give you a less foamy texture and will not give a beautiful foam after straining it.
