The Bavarian PEAT is distilled from malted barley kilned over a peat fire and mountain spring water from the Bavarian Alps. Its colour is an intense amber. The nose brings damp earth and moss, spicy roast aromas, a light sweetness and notes of dried pepper and cardamom; the palate peat smoke, tobacco, sweet dried fruit, pear and dark chocolate; the long finish fine notes of vanilla, lemon and salted caramel.
