SLYRS Single Malt Whisky Pedro Ximénez Cask Finish

SLYRS finishes this Bavarian single malt in a cask that held Pedro Ximénez, a sherry of bewitchingly fruity scent and taste; the finish gives the whisky mouth-filling fruity aromas and a mild end. Its colour is dark honey. It smells fruity, with winter aromas like dried plums and berries, tastes round with a sweetish-spicy note that complements the whisky, and finishes soft and long, recalling raisins. SLYRS serves it a little below room temperature. The SLYRS finishes began in 2010 with Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso. 46 % vol, 0.7 l, also 0.35 l and 0.05 l.
