SLYRS Liqueur Alpine Herbs

For its Alpine Herbs, SLYRS enriches its whisky with various Alpine herbs from the mountain region and refines it into a liqueur. Its colour runs from warm earth tones into a strong chestnut brown. It smells lightly and freshly of herbs, tastes pleasantly sweet and strong in its herb bouquet, and finishes lightly caramelised with the typical SLYRS single malt note, the herbs lingering long. SLYRS serves it neat, a little below room temperature, or as a digestif after a heavy meal — milder than usual herbal liqueurs — and advises storing it upright and dark. 30 % vol, 0.5 l, also 0.05 l.
