Distilled in 2014, the year the Windspiel Manufaktur was founded, and matured for ten years, this single malt is made from 100 % barley malt and matured in the particular microclimate of the Vulkaneifel. A finish in ruby port casks gives it ripe red berries, dried fruit and a touch of dark chocolate, a silky texture and a long, elegant finish. A limited first bottling. 42 % vol, 0.5 l.
