Creator: what each field is for
This page lists every field of the form for a creator, in the order the form shows them, what each field takes and what it is for. A field marked as mandatory is needed before the entry can go live; every other field is optional, and a field you leave empty is simply not shown on the page. You can save a draft at any time and come back to it.

Address
The country, region, and city — pick the most specific level.
Street and house number.
ZIP or postal code.
Suite, floor, building — optional.
Link to the location on Google Maps.
Link to the location on Apple Maps.
Brand Identity
Your primary logo — ideally a transparent PNG or SVG on no background.
A wide banner image shown across the top of your profile.
Company Information
Essential information about your company’s legal structure, history, and scale of operations
The official registered business name as it appears on legal and tax documents.
Brand name (DBA) if it differs from the legal name — leave empty if the same.
The legal structure of your business entity.
The year your company was founded.
Total number of full-time and part-time employees.
SEO
The summary shown beneath your page title in Google search results. Keep it under ~155 characters or it gets cut off — write one clear, inviting sentence and put the most important words first.
Creator Details
Full name shown publicly on the profile.
Primary role or title.
Headshot or profile photo.
Languages spoken fluently.
Brief introduction, a few sentences.
Name of the certification or qualification.
Title of certification or qualification
Year obtained, or range such as 2022–2023.
Services
Define when and how each service is available to customers
The extra service the producer offers.
How the service can be booked or reached.
The web address where the service is described or booked.
Main Branch
The country code of the numbers below.
The main office phone number, without the country code.
A mobile number the producer can be reached on, without the country code.
The number used for WhatsApp, without the country code.
The email address for enquiries.
The address of the business's own website, with https. A paying member's page shows it as a link and counts the clicks on it.
Branches
Further contact details, one row for each, such as another person or department. The main contact is in the fields above.
The country code of this contact's numbers.
The office phone number of this contact, without the country code.
The mobile number of this contact, without the country code.
