SLYRS Single Malt Whisky Classic

The Classic is the SLYRS Bavarian single malt from regional raw materials, gently made and matured in new casks of American white oak, which bring out the distillery’s vanilla, malt and caramel character. It shines golden yellow. The nose is very intense and complex, fruity with apricot and orange peel, fresh ginger and caramel; the palate has an elegant structure with noticeable sweetness, marzipan and walnuts; the finish is long and intense with spicy cinnamon. SLYRS recommends it neat, with a piece of 70 % dark chocolate, or as the base of mixed drinks. 43 % vol, 0.7 l, also 0.35 l and 0.05 l.
