About this bottle
The product
Few villages have a reputation among Riesling lovers like Forst. Its legendary sites — Ungeheuer, Jesuitengarten, Pechstein and Kirchenstück — have written wine history and still give some of Germany’s most impressive Rieslings. The grapes for Weingut von Winning’s Forster village Riesling come from exactly these vineyards, and the wine is raised largely in wood, which gives it its depth and structure.
Ripe citrus fruit meets exotic fullness, fine spice and the salty minerality Forst is known for — a wine of power, origin and remarkable precision. Vintage 2025, VDP.Ortswein, Qualitätswein from the Pfalz, dry: 12 % vol, 8.4 g/l residual sugar and 7.4 g/l acidity. Contains sulphites.
