The product
Pressed for the most part from Pinot Noir and raised in small part in wood, WIN WIN Rosé is fresh and fruit-driven, yet finely structured and complex. A fragrant nose of wild strawberries, rhubarb and pink grapefruit, with a little peach yoghurt and the spice of white pepper.
On the tongue it shows that it is no loud candy rosé: the balance between juicy, crisp redcurrant and cranberry and a light creaminess makes you want a second glass, and not only in summer. Vintage 2025, VDP.Gutswein, Spätburgunder Rosé Qualitätswein from the Pfalz, dry: 11.5 % vol, 6.7 g/l residual sugar and 6.1 g/l acidity. Contains sulphites.
