Rheingau Riesling Tradition
The 'sister wine' of Robert Weil's dry estate Riesling: subtly off-dry, with a fine, present acidity as its balancing part — a charming, lively companion to food, spicy dishes above all.

About this bottle
The product
It is called Tradition because its taste follows the Rieslings of more than a century ago, which were not fermented fully dry and showed an off-dry, feinherb character. A fine, present acidity balances the fruit, which makes it an especially charming and appetising partner at the table, particularly with spicy food.
The estate Rieslings come from the vineyards next to Weingut Robert Weil’s classified Kiedrich hillside sites; as the foundation of the Weil Riesling range, held to the highest quality standards, they are the estate’s calling card and the perfect entry into the Weil world of Riesling. Vintage 2025, VDP.Gutswein, fruity-sweet, organic, 11 % vol. Contains sulphites.
