About this bottle
The product
Berliner Brandstifter added the Berlin Dry Gin in 2013 to capture a Berlin summer — elderflower in bloom, mallows on the meadows, woodruff in the city’s woods. Many of its flowers and botanicals are picked around Berlin, macerated for weeks and distilled one by one, and the distillates are joined with the Brandstifter’s wheat spirit at its partner in Berlin-Kaulsdorf. The gin has a characterful juniper base with floral hints and a unique freshness, balancing soft floral nuances with the structure of a classic dry gin; Brandstifter counts it among the New Western dry gins. It is filtered seven times and made in editions of 9,999 bottles, numbered and sealed by hand; neat on ice or in a gin and tonic. 43.3 % vol, 0.7 l.
