The fresh elderflowers for this natural liqueur are gathered by the Sasse team itself on certified organic land: on two days a year the whole team harvests, sorts everything by hand, takes each blossom from the umbel and steeps them for exactly 24 hours in an essence of a well-kept recipe. It carries the concentrated aromatic power of the elderflower, fruity and tart, without added flavourings; pollen settled at the bottom of the bottle is a mark of quality.
