The finch Whiskydestillerie makes this liqueur from its own whisky and local honey, without any other sugar. The honey is worked into a clear, highly aromatic solution that is slowly stirred into a finch whisky chosen for it, and the clarified liqueur is then bottled. It has an intense vanilla and honey scent with a delicate sweetness and finesse in the finish, grain, malt and cask aromas in balance with the honey.
