The product
The Grafschafter Kräuterwacholder is a true regional speciality. Its base is Kornbrand from the best wheat and selected juniper berries from the Grafschaft Bentheim, which macerate in the distillate and give it their taste; Feinbrennerei Sasse then refines it with a secret herbal extract. The nose shows pleasant herbal notes and a subtle almond; on the palate it is light and particularly mild, with a velvety oiliness and spicy-sweet impressions underlined by warming honey tones. Sasse mixes it into a regional Margarita with its Lagerkorn. 32 % vol, 0.7 l.
