The product
Feinbrennerei Sasse makes its Himbeergeist only from fine fruit of a Münsterland fruit farm. The Tulameen raspberries stay two days longer on the cane than those sold as fruit, building more sugar and aroma, and are laid in grain spirit on the day of harvest so they give their full aroma to the fine distillate. Several distillations by hand make it particularly mild and elegant: a raspberry spirit of full aroma. 40 % vol, 0.5 l.
