Brennerei Ziegler distils its Williams from fully ripe Williams pears from the Vinschgau in Italy and from Burgenland and Styria in Austria. The pear forms its typical, much-loved aroma only at the very end of the distillation, a step the distillery has refined over decades. Expressive pear in pure form: aromatic, juicy and clear, with a fine sweetness and a harmonious, soft finish. The fruit share and storage time are printed on every bottle; Ziegler recommends it at 16 to 18 °C. Vegan. 43 % vol, 0.5 l, also 3 l.
