* 60mL White Rum
* 30mL Fresh Lime Juice
* 25mL Sugar Syrup (1:1)
* 6-8 Mint Leaves
* 60mL Soda
instructions
- Tear and clap the mint leaves to release the oils
- Add the mint to a hi-ball glass
- Add the white rum, fresh lime and sugar syrup
- Fill the hi-ball with ice
- Add a dash of soda
- Stir thoroughly
