They need a powerful mixer for this delightful concoction. The difference is using coconut cream, sweetened for a fantastic consistency. Two scoops go in the blender. - 4 cl Pineapple-infused Hampden Jamaica Rum
- 3 pieces of pineapple
- 2 bar spoons of sweetened coconut cream
- 4 cl cream 10 cl pineapple juice
instructions
- add all ingredients into the blender
- add crushed ice into the blender
- blend it for around 15 seconds
- pour into the serving glass
