About this bottle

The product

Harvested from several parcels of Dr. Loosen’s red-slate sites along the Middle Mosel, this is a thoroughly characteristic Mosel Riesling: lively and juicy, with fine, playful aromas, very appetising, with a powerful structure and rich fruit balanced by the fine acidity typical of the Mosel. Like all of the estate’s dry Rieslings it is made only from hand-selected, healthy grapes, and the dry estate Rieslings spend some time maturing in large oak casks. Grapefruit, passion fruit, red apple and blackcurrant on the nose; a partner for fish, seafood, light meat and goat’s cheese, served at 8-10 °C. VDP.Gutswein, dry, 12 % vol. Contains sulphites.
