The Maki Madness combines the oily flavor of caraway and the herbal touch of the clockers herb in a beautiful concoction mixed with rooibos vanilla tea. The drink is a fruity refreshing surprise for everyone who taste this drink for the first time.

  • 40 ml
    Drilling Kümmel (Caraway Spirit)
  • 10 ml
    clockers Herb (Herbal Liqueur)
  • 50 ml
    strong cold roiboos vanilla tea (rooibos tea)
  • 10 ml
    Giffard Cinnamon Syrup (Cinnamon Syrup)
  • 10 ml
    Giffard Vanilla Syrup (Vanilla Syrup)
  • 20 ml
    lemon juice fresh (lemon juice)
how to mix:
  1. Add all ingredients into the shaker and shake shortly
  2. Strain into the chilled coupette glassware
  3. Garnish with the lemon zest
garnish:
1x lemon twist
squeeze and drop into the glass.
