As a drink creator, I believe it’s important to use good puree instead of syrup, because it allows for better balance of sweetness, resulting in a more nuanced and flavorful drink. The result is a refreshing cocktail that is not too sweet, allowing the rich flavors of the pineapple and coconut to shine through. This drink is perfect for a hot summer day, and will transport you to a sunny beach with every sip.
