- 40 MilliliterTonka Gin
- 10 MilliliterGiffard Vanille de Madagascar
- 3 DropsMs. Better's Bitters Orange Tree Bitters
- 30 MilliliterLemon Juice (Fresh)
- 20 MilliliterSimple Syrup 1:1 (Homemade)
- 30 MilliliterEgg White (Pasteurized)
Quick version:Combine all ingredients in the shaker tin or spindle mixer tin. Dry blend the ingredients in the blender for about 10 seconds. If you want to dry shake instead, do it for roughly 20 seconds. Add ice cubes. Strain into the prepared old-fashioned glass filled with ice cubes. Add your garnish.
