Mixing Tips

Mise En Place

  • Keep all equipment and ingredients within range. It will be easier and faster to mix the drink.

Editor Recipe Notes

We use the “Helmut der Rote” for our classic Negroni version as the vermouth. Because this ingredient contains some sugar, we are increasing the amount of Gin in the cocktail a little bit.

We always keep our rocks glass chilled as well as the vermouth. Our ice balls are manually filled up and kept in the freezer.
Once you want to use a fresh frozen ice ball. Keep in mind that it might crack once you pour some liquid on it.

After we add all ingredients to the glass, we stir for up to 40 seconds. It should be chilled now and ready to serve with an orange twist.
