ingredients
- 750ml Louis Jadot Beaujolais-Villages (red wine)
- 3/4cups Lustau Don Nuño Olorosso Sherry (oloroso sherry)
- 1/2 cup Grand Marnier (citrus liqueur)
- 1/2cup Lemon Juice Fresh (citrus juice)
- 1/3cup Demerara Syrup Rich (2/1) (sugar cane syrup)
- 1/2piece Orange, Sliced (citrus fruit)
- 1/2piece Lemon, Sliced (citrus fruit)
- 1/2piece Apple, Sliced (pome fruit)

mixing instructions
- Cut the citrus fruits into slices, and place them into the container.
- Add all other ingredients into the large container.
- Serve it on the rocks.
- Optional you can add some sparkling wine to lengthen your drink.
- Prepare your bottle setup.
- Prepare your Mise en Place.
- Get yourself first a large container, like a mason jar, large pitcher, or a carafe where you can put at least 2 liters inside.
- Cut the citrus fruits into slices, and place them into the container.
- Add all other ingredients into the large container.
- You can let it rest longer (some hours or overnight) so the wine and liquor will extract more flavor from the fruits.
- Prepare your garnish.
- Optional you can add some sparkling wine to lengthen your drink.
- Add ice cubes to the highball glass.
- Add your garnish.
