  • 750 ml
    Louis Jadot Beaujolais-Villages (Red Wine)
  • 3/4 cup
    Lustau Don Nuño Olorosso Sherry (Oloroso)
  • 1/2 cup
    grand marnier (Fruit Liqueur)
  • 1/2 cup
    lemon juice fresh (lemon juice)
  • 1/3 cup
    demerara syrup rich (2:1) homemade (demerara syrup)
  • 1/2 piece
    orange (Fruits and Vegetables)
  • 1/2 piece
    lemon (Fruits and Vegetables)
  • 1/2 piece
    apple (Fruits and Vegetables)
how to mix:
  1. Cut the citrus fruits into slices, and place them into the container.
  2. Add all other ingredients into the large container.
  3. Serve it on the rocks.
  4. Optional you can add some sparkling wine to lengthen your drink.

detailed mixing instructions

  1. Prepare your bottle setup.
  2. Prepare your Mise en Place.
  3. Get yourself first a large container, like a mason jar, large pitcher, or a carafe where you can put at least 2 liters inside.
  4. Cut the citrus fruits into slices, and place them into the container.
  5. Add all other ingredients into the large container.
  6. You can let it rest longer (some hours or overnight) so the wine and liquor will extract more flavor from the fruits.
  7. Prepare your garnish.
  8. Optional you can add some sparkling wine to lengthen your drink.
  9. Add ice cubes to the highball glass.
  10. Add your garnish.
