editor recipe notes

What is really nice about the Herb Mule is that people are really surprised once they taste the drink. The first question is always: what is the clockers Herb? Because it’s a product made by Drilling Hamburg, it might not be well known to everybody. However, it’s a very lovely, tasty herbal liqueur that has less sugar than usual herbal liqueurs but a lot more booze. And this also means more flavor. So, the combination with ginger beer is excellent. Once you try this drink, you will be so surprised by how well-balanced and smooth it is on the palate.
